The team at R&S Trade Centre are pleased to announce that we are back up and running servicing the painting, plastering and building trade once more now that New Zealand have progressed back to Alert Level 3!

Although we are back open we are unable to allow the public/trade into our showroom so we have set up the below procedures for collecting products as outlined below.

Collection from our showroom – as our showroom is still closed to the public/trade (this means no access at all into the shop) we have outlined below the steps we will be taking to maintain social distancing while serving our customers.

Account Customers        –      Call, Email, Text your order through BEFORE arriving at the shop.

• When you arrive at the shop Call or Text to let us know you have arrived.
• We will bring your order to the Collection Bay outside our shop.

Cash Sale Customers      –     Call, Email, Text your order through BEFORE arriving at the shop.

• When you arrive at the shop Call or Text to let us know you have arrived.
• We will bring your order to the Collection Bay outside our shop.
• Wireless EFTPOS will be provided for contactless payment.

Deliveries to site – we will be using local couriers and making some deliveries ourselves when required.

All deliveries will be made in accordance with government regulations, all deliveries will be left at a predetermined place on site for contactless delivery.

Deliveries NZ Wide – we will be dispatching all products as per usual.

Online Orders – our website will be open to sell and dispatch all products as per usual.
