When it comes to painting doors the most economical way to dry the doors is to stack them. Often there is a lot of doors to paint thus taking up a lot of room if these are left standing to dry. Not only that, doors standing are a risk of being damaged and knocked over or having someone mark the drying paint before it is dry.

The best way to eliminate these issues is to stack the doors whilst they dry.

So what are the best systems for door stacking?

First our most popular and in our opinion the best option for door stacking is the Super Stacker Door Stacking System.

• ATTACH

  Using a drill and T25 bit, attach a Super Stacker to the top and bottom of each door with the screws provided.  Be sure that each Super Stacker is attached with the pegs facing up.  With the Super Stackers attached to the door, set them on saw horses.

  SPRAY

  Apply stain, paint, or clear coat to one side and edge of your door.  Using the two handles on each Super Stacker, flip the door and apply finish to the other side and edge.

  STACK

  After both sides and edges of the door have been finished, use the handles on the Super Stackers to move the door to a clean area and set the Super Stackers on stickers.  Repeat the previous steps on the next door and stack the Super Stackers on top of each other.  After the finish is dry to touch, stand the doors (with Super Stackers still attached) vertically to cure longer.  This will prevent any chance of the doors bowing.
