Delivery Information

All timeframes are in business days from when your order leaves our warehouse.

South Island (standard parcels)

  • Most orders: Overnight

  • Rural / RD: please allow an extra 1–2 business days

North Island (standard parcels)

  • Most orders: 2 business days

  • Some areas: can take up to 3 business days

  • Rural / RD: please allow an extra 1–2 business days

Oversized items (truck freight – NZ-wide)

  • Oversized items sent by truck (e.g. large, bulky products) usually take 3–4 business days

These are typical timeframes from our freight partners. Weather, road closures, peak periods or carrier issues can occasionally add extra time.
All deliveries are made on the assumption that transport is operational and in conjunction with the carrier’s terms and conditions.


Delivery costs

Orders under $100 (including GST)

  • Flat rate $15 including GST – NZ-wide

  • Christchurch local deliveries: FREE

  • Flat rate delivery exclude:

    • Scaffolding

    • Ladders

    • Oversized items

Orders $100 and over (including GST)

  • FREE delivery NZ-wide on standard items

  • Free delivery excludes:

    • Scaffolding

    • Ladders

    • Oversized items

Scaffolding, ladders & oversized items

  • These items don’t qualify for free or flat-rate delivery.

  • Freight for these products is charged separately at our standard transport rates.

  • We’ll let you know the cost before we send your order if anything looks out of the ordinary.


Rural delivery

  • Rural / RD addresses normally take an extra 1–2 business days on top of the timeframes above.

  • Oversized items going to rural addresses may take a little longer, depending on the truck schedule.


International / outside New Zealand

  • Our online store and standard freight rates are set up for New Zealand deliveries only.

  • Any deliveries outside of New Zealand will need to be arranged prior to purchase.

  • If you’re overseas and want to order, get in touch and we’ll price up freight options for you first.


Tracking your order

  • As soon as your order is packed and on its way, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

  • If you’re ever unsure where your order is, just give us a call or flick us an email and we’ll chase it up.
