How do I open a credit account?
Two ways here, either click on the “Create Credit Account” link on our website or ask the team either instore or via [email protected] for a PDF longer format version.
How long does it take to open a credit account?
Not long at all, we can usually open your new account within a few hours!
How does payment work if I have a credit account?
Simple, your monthly bill will be due for payment on the 20th of the month following purchase.
What credit limit will I start with and how can it be increased over time?
For the first 3 months you will have a $2000 credit limit, this is then increased to an agreed upon limit by you and us.
Do you do a credit check before opening my account?
Yes, we credit check all new accounts through a verified platform.
How do I stop non-employees purchasing on my account?
We can set up passwords and other permissions such as a list of approved names to prevent this.
I have setup a website login, does this mean I have opened an account?
No this is just a website login, which is in affect a Cash Sale account. To turn your website login into a Credit Account please fill out the Credit Account Application as above.
Then let us know and we will connect your website login with your Credit Account.
How can I place orders via the website on my account?
Once you have followed the above steps and we have connected your Credit Account with your website login there will be an extra option at the checkout which will allow you to “Add to Account” your order.
