A question that we often get asked is if i place an order today how soon will it arrive?

Whether you’re in the North Island, South Island or Christchurch, we move quick. We pride ourselves on speed, so when you order from R&S Trade Centre, your gear gets moving fast.⁠

Same Day Dispatch – guaranteed if you place your order with us by 3pm.

After serving the trade for 35 years we have learnt a thing or two about dispatching our customers orders fast. Over time we have created systems and streamlined processes for our picking and packing of orders. So if you call, email or place an order with us via our website before 3pm on a weekday we will dispatch it same day!

How long to the North Island? 2 Days to the main centres.

Generally all orders sent to the North Island take around 2 days to arrive. This does however exclude oversized, dangerous goods and rural delivery – which can all add up to 3 extra days for delivery.

How long to the South Island? Overnight delivery to main centres.

If you place an order with us before 3pm and live in a non-rural address in the South Island you will receive your delivery the next day!

This does however exclude oversized, dangerous goods or rural delivery – these can take up to an extra 3 days.

I live in Christchurch, how long do I wait for my delivery? Same day – same hour if you really want!

If you live in Christchurch and place an order with us you will receive this the same day, if you need it within the hour just let our team know and we will make it happen.
